- Akaki - 02-05-2007

Znów jednoznaczna ocena filmu będącego jeszcze w produkcji na podstawie szczątkowych informacji?

- Hitch - 02-05-2007

Nie.
To jednoznaczna ocena badziewnej zbroi.
Dziecinada.

- Akaki - 02-05-2007

A cóż chcesz od tej zbroi? Nie ma sutków ani kaloryferka na brzuchu...

"Transformers, Robots in Disguise"... ;)

- military - 02-05-2007

- Q - 02-05-2007

No i tu by sie wlasnie przydaly zmiany bo nigdy nie uwierze w realną funkcjonalnosc tego czegos.

- Q - 02-05-2007

Z nowych wieści: Samuel L. Jackson zagra Nicka Fury'ego, Hilary Swank zagra Black Widow (potwierdzone obie informacje).

San Diego Comic Con '07: Marvel Studios Panel

With that, the Iron Man segment began, as the Hulk crew (minus Arad and Feige) left the stage to make room for Iron Man director Jon Favreau, Terrence Howard (who will be playing James Rhodes), Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts) and Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark).

Howard and Paltrow's appearance was a surprise for fans, as they weren't mentioned in Comic-Con programming information.

Favreau took the mic and quickly got to showing four minutes of footage cut together for Comic-Con, that was also shown at an earlier panel at the convention.

The footage begins with Downey Jr. as Stark, saying that "the best weapon is the one you only have to fire once." This led to a scene of Stark talking with a reporter who called him "the DaVinci of our time," to which Stark responded "That's ridiculous, I don't paint."

The next quick scene was Stark in the back of a military vehicle taking a picture with a soldier, saying "this better not end up on your MySpace." This leads to an explosion, and Stark waking up in a hut with a device in his chest keeping his heart working.

Then quick scenes followed of Stark working on his first armor, and then finally showing him in the Mark I armor that was revealed today at the Marvel booth. A quick montage of him in that suit followed, leading up to a quick glimpse of him in a more familiar red and gold armor - and then footage of him flying next to planes in the red and gold armor, then the Iron Man movie logo.

The crowds’ largely positive reaction indicated they liked what they saw.

"I'm sorry, could there have been a little more me in that?" asked Downey Jr., jokingly.

Moro then asked Favreau where they were at in production, and the directed said that they just wrapped photography. He said now they're "pulling together the CGI stuff" with Industrial Light and Magic and other special effect companies.

Moro asked Paltrow what it was about Pepper Potts that attracted her to the character. Paltrow said she liked the "dynamic between Pepper and Tony," and that Downey Jr. was one of her favorite actors.

Moro asked Downey Jr. about the first time he wore the suit, and Downey Jr. said that at first he was excited, but was then less so when he saw stuntmen in it and realized what it involved (presumably the bulkiness/lack of comfort/weight).

Moro then asked Howard what it was like to be in this movie, which is obviously a departure for him. "You mean a movie with a budget?" Howard joked. "I think I went into this film with a lot more respect and trepidation than any other film I've been involved in."

Moro asked Feige and Arad what it was like working with a character that is lesser-known than, say, the Hulk or Spider-Man, and Feige said that while that may be true, Iron Man is a classic character from the '60s just like the ones named, and that he will be even better known by next year.

Arad agreed with these sentiments.

Favreau called Iron Man a "really big independent movie" given that it's Marvel Studio's first film. He gave credit to Christopher Nolan and Batman Begins in that Nolan's film was casted much like an independent movie, and Favreau said he tried to go about it the same way - casting the movie with actors he'd like to see, no matter what the genre or property.

A fan asked if there were any news on the soundtrack, besides Black Sabbath. Favreau said it was still early.

The next audience question was on how the actors "get into" their characters. Paltrow said she likes to "Sit, and listen to music, study my script - nerd out, basically."

Favreau than brought out another member of the Iron Man cast - Marvel Comics legend and Marvel movie cameo mainstay Stan Lee.

Lee said it was a thrill to be up there with the Hollywood brass, saying "A guy from comics, up here - wow!"

The old "how much of the comic books have you read" question was asked to Downey Jr. The actor said he "tried to sponge up as much as he could" and that he took Lee to lunch to pick his brain.

Lee then joked about the lunch between the two. "Well you should see the booth they gave me!" when Lee told the restaurant he was with Downey Jr.

Favreau talked about the moral ambiguity of Tony Stark, saying "I liked it when Han Solo shot Greedo before he could get shot" and "he's not a guy that you like on paper. That's what makes an interesting story for me."

"If we had a writer like Jon Favreau at Marvel years ago, we could've overtaken DC a lot faster," praised Stan Lee.

The last fan question was whether or not there would be a crossover-type movie in the future, like an Avengers movie. Feige asked if the fans wanted to see that - and of course all the fans responded that they did - Feige then said it just might happen.

The panel wrapped by showing the four minutes of Iron Man footage once more.

Favreau, zabieraj swojego blaszaka, bo Mroczny Rycerz, Joker i spółka skopią wam tyłki.
